Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the study of the clay influence on properties of vitreous enamel coatings. Thesis deals with properties of enamel coatings and describes its production technology and application. Special part is dedicated to clay influence on final properties of vitreous enamel coatings. Main parametres of enamel coating influenced by amount, structure and type of used clay are hardness, fragility, fracture toughness and appearance. Therefore it is useful to pay attantion to possibilites, which clays provide. Due to temporary unavailability of labs is this thesis worked out as research.
