Abstract

This thesis analyzes the process of selection and adaptation of employees in the organization CD Cargo, a. s. The work is divided into two main parts, a theoretical-methodological and verification of application. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current process of selection and adaptation of employees in the organization ČD Cargo a. s. recommendations and suggestions for improvement. Organization ČD Cargo provides industrial and agricultural commodities, raw materials, fuels and fuel, goods, containers and heavy loads. It also lease trucks, shuttle and other transportation services. ČD Cargo offers services throughout the Czech Republic.
