Abstract

The main aim of Master’s thesis is to elaborate a proposal of recommendations for implementation of a personnel controlling system in a company Metsa Tissue Slovakia s. r. o. and to emphasize its significant benefits. The actual level of HR management is diagnosed by analysis of internal documents, the personal interviews with superior employees and the questionnaire research of the employees’ opinions. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part are explained theoretical approaches to a concept of HR management, a system of controlling and personnel controlling. The practical part includes the characteristics of the company, an analysis of actual level of HR management and its evaluation. On the basis of the identified facts and results is elaborated the proposal of recommendations and conclusions for implementation of the personnel controlling system in the company. The thesis is concluded with the evaluation of the aims, the design, its risks and contributions.
