Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the system of education and development in selected company. Thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part contains the theoretical background of education and development, methods of education and development, the approach to education of generation X, Y and Z, the impact of technology on education and sociological research. The second part deals with characteristics of the selected organization and analysis of the current system of education and development using questionnaire survey. This parts also contains suggestions and recommendations of improving the current system. The conclusions of this thesis may be used as a basis for creation of strategic system of education and development.
