Vztahy pojišťovacího makléře, klientů a pojišťoven

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na vztah pojišťovacího makléře a klientů. Je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je věnována Základním pojmům pojistného práva. Druhá část je zaměřena na kompletní charakteristiku pojišťovacího makléře, jeho historii, vývoj a způsob zaškolování nových lidí. Ve třetí části se věnuji hlavnímu tématu, vztahu makléře ajeho klientů. Zpracováním dotazníku, který vyplnili klienti společnosti, bylo zjištěno, jaký je vztah mezi makléřem a klienty. Všechny otázky byly rozpracovány do tabulek a z nich byly vytvořeny přehledné grafy, ze kterýchje jasně vidět jaké je sociální složení respondentů, ale hlavně spokojenost klientů.. Také jsem se zaměřila na vlastní názor doporučení pro společnost.

The diploma thesis presented here is aimed at the relationship between insurance brokers and their clients. The work is divided into three parts. First part is devoted to basic conceptions of insurance law. Second part is aimed at complete characterization of insurance broker, its history, evolution as well as at the process of indoctrination of new personnel. The last part deals with main topic of the work: the interrelation between the broker and his clients. The company clients filled in the question-forms showing the essence of broker-client interrelations. All questions have been developed into tabular forms. The well-arranged diagrams, elaborated from the tables, are showing transparently the social structure of informants and primarily the clients’ satisfaction. The author has also drawn her own conclusions and recommendations for the company.
