Motivace zaměstnanců v organizaci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na motivaci zaměstnanců ve společnosti OKD, Rekultivace, a.s. Cílem práce je zhodnotit nedostatky současného stavu motivace ve společnosti a formulovat návrhy na zlepšení pro danou organizaci. První, teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu motivace, jednotlivé typy motivace, motivační teorie, hodnocení a odměňování pracovníků, vlivu motivace na pracovní výkon a v neposlední řadě také na metodologii výzkumu. V praktické části je uvedena charakteristika společnosti a její sociální a mzdový systém. Své návrhy a doporučení pro vedení a managery organizace OKD, Rekultivace, a.s., stavím na provedeném dotazníkovém šetření se zaměstnanci společnosti a rozhovoru se zástupcem pracovního úseku v Ostravě, kde jsem daný průzkum prováděla. Pevně věřím, že uvedené poznatky v oblasti motivace zaměstnanců budou přínosem pro společnost.

The final work focuses on motivation of employees in the company OKD, Rekultivace, a.s. The goal of this work is to evaluate the absence of contemporary level of motivation within the company and also formulates the suggestions for improvement of this certain organization. The first, theoretical, part of the work targets the determination of the term called motivation, particular types of motivation, motivation theories, evaluation and remuneration of the employees, the influence of motivation on job performances and, last but not least, on methodology of the research. In practical part I stated the characteristics of the company and its social and wage systems. My suggestions and recommendations for chairmanship and management of company OKD, Rekultivace, a.s., were built on the questionnaire done by employees of the company and by the interview with the deputy of Ostrava department where I made my research. I strongly believe that my observation in the sphere of the employees motivation will bring some benefits for the company.
