dc.description.abstractThe diploma thesis deals with the phenomenon of employee engagement in the context of virtual teams. The objective of the thesis was to design and partly also execute an employee engagement strengthening program for a geographically distributed business unit within a large international corporation. Based on the so far execution also recommendations for the next phases of the program have been gathered.en
dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce je zaměřena na fenomén angažovanosti zaměstnanců v prostředí virtuálních týmů. Cílem práce bylo navrhnout a částečně i realizovat program pro posílení angažovanosti zaměstnanců v geograficky distribuované divizi nadnárodní korporace. Na základě realizované části programu byla také shromážděna doporučení pro jeho další fáze.cs
