Elektrotechnická fakulta, 2007) Vavruňková, Veronika; Müllerová, Jarmila; Šutta, PavelWe report on the structure and optical properties of hydrogenated silicon thin films deposited by plasma - enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) from silane diluted with hydrogen in a wide dilution range. The samples deposited with dilutions below 30 were detected as amorphous hydrogenated silicon (a-Si:H) with crystalline grains of several nanometers in size which represent the medium-range order of a-Si:H. The optical characterization confirmed increasing ordering with the increasing dilution. The optical band gap was observed to be increasing function of the dilution.Item type: Item , Modelling the load torques of electric drive for polymerization process(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline. Elektrotechnická fakulta, 2007) Popenda, A.The problems of mathematical modelling the load torques on shaft of driving motor designed for applications in polymerization reactors are presented in the paper. The real load of polymerization drive is determined as a function of angular velocity. Mentioned function results from friction in roll-formed slide bearing as well as from friction of ethylene molecules with mixer arms in polymerization reactor chamber. Application of mathematical formulas concerning the centrifugal ventilator is proposed to describe the mixer in reactor chamber. The analytical formulas describing the real loads of polymerization drive are applied in mathematical modelling the power unit of polymerization reactor with specially designed induction motor. The numerical analysis of transient states was made on the basis of formulated mathematical model. Examples of transient responses and trajectories resulting from analysis are presented in the paper.Item type: Item , Irreversibility of electrical insulating material properties(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline. Elektrotechnická fakulta, 2007) Mentlík, V.; Polanský, R.Property changes in electrical insulating materials that appear during repeated voltage stress (e. g. in an applied voltage test) are an often discussed problem. The voltage exposure leads to irreversible changes in a negative sense as this investigation clearly demonstrates. A slow deterioration appears even in the case of the above mentioned applied voltage test when the irreversible effects of particular measurements superimpose. These are the effects of irreversible behavior of the insulating materials at applied voltage stress.Item type: Item , Nové trendy IKT v elektronickom zdravotníctve(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline. Elektrotechnická fakulta, 2007) Bojarczak, P.; Łukasik, Z.This paper presents comparison study of two different deblurring methods: Wiener filter and TSVD decomposition. Wiener filter is a method giving the best results when variance of the noise incorporated in blurring process is known a priori. In TSVD decomposition the knowledge of precise variance of the noise is not necessary to image restoration. The paper also discusses basis blurring forms and their mathematical description.Item type: Item , Určenie frekvence a trajektórie objektov v obrazovej sekvencii(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline. Elektrotechnická fakulta, 2007) Káčik, Daniel; Turek, IvanResults of investigation of dependence of transmission function of so called “index guiding” photonic crystal fibres on mechanical bending is presented in this paper. The bending was realised in two differently oriented planes. In both cases the influence of the bending differs from the influence in conventional fibres. The obtained results show that properties of the fibre can not be explained using model based on average refractive index.Item type: Item , Analysis of efficiency characteristics of squirrel-cage induction motor loaded with water system pump(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline. Elektrotechnická fakulta, 2007) Łukasik, Z.; Szychta, L.The article presents a method of calculating efficiency of squirrel-cage induction motor. This efficiency depends on frequency of the voltage supplied to the motor and on electrical power. Results of laboratory testing of the motor's efficiency are presented.Item type: Item , Domain wall mobility in co-based amorphous wire(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline. Elektrotechnická fakulta, 2007) Kladivová, M.; Ziman, J.; Zagyi, B.Dynamics of the domain wall between opposite circularly magnetized domains in amorphous cylindrical sample with circular easy direction is theoretically studied. The wall is driven by DC current. Various mechanisms which influence the wall velocity were taken into account: current magnitude, deformation of the mowing wall, Hall effect, axially magnetized domain in the middle of the wire. Theoretical results obtained are in a good agreement with experiments on Cobased amorphous ferromagnetic wires.Item type: Item , Modelling of disturbing efects within communication channel for safety-related communication system(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline. Elektrotechnická fakulta, 2007) Franeková, Mária; Rástočný, KarolThe aim of the paper is using of modelling within development of safety–related communication systems presented in the areas where guaranty of safety integrity level is required. In the paper basic principles used in the process of safety evaluation in closed transmission systems are summarised. Dangerous states of system are mainly caused by random failures of HW within non-trusted transmission system, by electromagnetic interference caused with noise or interferences and by systematic failures within specification of system. Main part of paper describes the simulation of disturbing effects within communication channel via programme Matlab, relations for determination of probability of undetected errors of code words with using block codes and results of residual error rate for Hamming code.Item type: Item , ZVS operating region of multiresonant DC/DC boost conveter(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline. Elektrotechnická fakulta, 2007) Szychta, E.Electromagnetic phenomena that occur during stable operation in resonant circuits of multiresonant ZVS boost converter are described, which can be applied in many fields of the needs of DC voltage electricity. The operating region of the converter is defined which assures the circuit’s operation in which semiconductor elements are switched at zero voltage (ZVS). Conditions delimiting the ZVS operating region are provided. Analysis of the circuit’s operation is based on results of simulation testing by means of Simplorer software.Item type: Item , Signal compression in automatic ultrasonic testing of rails(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline. Elektrotechnická fakulta, 2007) Ciszewski, T.; Łukasik, Z.Full recording of the most important information carried by the ultrasonic signals allows realizing statistical analysis of measurement data. Statistical analysis of the results gathered during automatic ultrasonic tests gives data which lead, together with use of features of measuring method, differential lossy coding and traditional method of lossless data compression (Huffman’s coding, dictionary coding), to a comprehensive, efficient data compression algorithm. The subject of the article is to present the algorithm and the benefits got by using it in comparison to alternative compression methods. Storage of large amount of data allows to create an electronic catalogue of ultrasonic defects. If it is created, the future qualification system training in the new solutions of the automat for test in rails will be possible.Item type: Item , Experimental Analysis of Communitation Process of Power Semiconductor Transistor’s Structures(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline. Elektrotechnická fakulta, 2007) Gemzický, E.The performance of a radar receiver is greatly dependent on the presence of noise. The receiver should achieve the constant false alarm rate (CFAR) and the maximum probability of the target detection. The CFAR receivers are usually used in radar applications for the radar signal processing in case of unknown or time-varying background noise statistics, especially in cases when clutter or jamming signals are above the receiver threshold. CFAR automatically adjusts the threshold to prevent the threshold crossings. The paper deals with a software-based implementation of CFAR. The softwarebased CFAR processing was tested on various types of processors and processing times were compared. The best results were achieved using the dual-core AMD Athlon64 X2 4800+ using SSE2 instructions for processing.Item type: Item , Rozvoj průrazu v transformátorovom oleji(Žilinská univerzita v Žiline.
