| dc.description.abstract | Podle jedné z definic je komunikace sociální interakcí, při které
dochází ke sdělování a přijímání informací.
Podle této definice má komunikace přinejmenším dva aspekty, které
nás i v rámci krizové komunikace zajímají. Prvním je aspekt
informační (tedy co sdělujeme) a druhým je aspekt mezilidských
vztahů - sociální interakce (tedy jak a komu informace sdělujeme).
Abychom byli schopni během krizové situace komunikovat s
veřejností, je nutný soulad mezi těmito dvěma aspekty. To znamená
mít k dispozici kvalitní informace a umět je srozumitelně veřejnosti

| dc.description.abstract-en | According to one of the definitions, communication is a social
interaction in the sense of which information gets conveyed and
received.
According to such a definition the communication bears at least two
aspects that trigger our interest in the communicatory framework.
The first one is the aspect of information (what do we say the others)
and the other one is the aspect of interpersonal relations – that is –
social interactions (which means how and whom the information is
assigned to).
In order to be able to communicate with the public in the event of a
critical situation, there is a need for a concordance between the two
aspects. This involves the need for superior information and the
ability to pass all to the public in a comprehensive fashion. | cs |
