Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with repairs of moulds for cast aluminum wheels. In the introduction is briefly described the production of wheels and mould parts. Method 141 (TIG) and mould material are also described. In the experimental part the thesis deals with the verification of the properties of the proposed repair methods. The macrostructure and weld microstructure, hardness and lifetime according to the number of cast wheels are evaluated.
