dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá opravami forem pro výrobu litých hliníkových kol. V úvodu je stručně popsána výroba kol a části formy. Dále je popsána metoda 141 (TIG) a materiál formy. V experimentální části se práce zabývá ověřením vlastností navržených metod oprav. Hodnotí se makrostruktura a mikrostruktura svaru, tvrdost a životnost dle počtu odlitých kol.cs
dc.description.abstractThis diploma thesis deals with repairs of moulds for cast aluminum wheels. In the introduction is briefly described the production of wheels and mould parts. Method 141 (TIG) and mould material are also described. In the experimental part the thesis deals with the verification of the properties of the proposed repair methods. The macrostructure and weld microstructure, hardness and lifetime according to the number of cast wheels are evaluated.en
