Simulace tiskové hlavy s měnitelným průměrem

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on creating a simulation of a print head with a variable nozzle diameter. The introductory part of the thesis thoroughly analyzes the basic principles of 3D printing and the use of the CoppeliaSim program. The second part of the thesis deals with the process of converting the model into a simulation environment and connecting the print head to the UR3 robot. Another key element of this work is the software part, where the main goal is to create a realistic simulation of the material generation process using a nozzle with a variable diameter. This simulation will be controlled using G-code and a designed user interface, allowing users to conveniently control the print simulation.
