Proposal of Rotary Kiln for Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant.

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with proposal conception and structural design of a rotary kiln incinerator with the after-combustion chamber for the hazardous waste incineration plant. The introduction section provides general information about hazardous waste and technologies able to treat this kind of waste. The introduction section of the master thesis also provides information concerning processes in the rotary kiln, description of technology line and methodical procedure within thermal block design. The calculation part of the master thesis deals with design of particular equipment of thermal unit with regard to keeping required residence time in the after-combustion chamber and desired flue gas temperature in the after-combustion chamber output. Necessary heat calculations are also part of the master thesis.
