Proposal of Rotary Kiln for Hazardous Waste Incineration Plant.

Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with proposal conception and structural design of a rotary kiln incinerator with the after-combustion chamber for the hazardous waste incineration plant. The introduction section provides general information about hazardous waste and technologies able to treat this kind of waste. The introduction section of the master thesis also provides information concerning processes in the rotary kiln, description of technology line and methodical procedure within thermal block design. The calculation part of the master thesis deals with design of particular equipment of thermal unit with regard to keeping required residence time in the after-combustion chamber and desired flue gas temperature in the after-combustion chamber output. Necessary heat calculations are also part of the master thesis.

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem koncepce a konstrukčním řešením rotační spalovací pece a dohořívací komory pro spalovnu nebezpečných odpadů. Úvod diplomové práce poskytuje všeobecné informace o nebezpečných odpadech a technologiích schopné nakládat s tímto typem odpadu. V úvodní části diplomové práce jsou rovněž poskytnuty informace týkající se pochodů v rotační peci, popisem technologické linky a metodickým postupem při návrhu termického bloku. Vlastní výpočtová část se soustřeďuje na návrh jednotlivých aparátů termického bloku s ohledem na dodržení požadované doby setrvání spalin v dohořívací komoře a teploty spalin na výstupu z dohořívací komory.
