Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused of design of the manipulator, which is used for lifting the wave compensator for the company HUISMAN Konstrukce, s.r.o. The introduction contains a brief survey of ship cranes with their basic distribution along with the description of the bridge crane. It also deals with the design of the manipulator itself, which is supported by the necessary calculations. The work also includes calculations to determine the change in force when lifting and lowering the compensator. The solution is elaborated in detail, recalculated and supported by the relevant technical documentation, which contains a drawing plan, an assembled drawing of the manipulator and a production drawing. The last part deals with MKP analysis.
