Abstract

This master’s thesis focuses on the analysis and streamlining of internal logistics processes within the selected industrial company, CEBES a.s. The theoretical part of the thesis defines key concepts of lean manufacturing, methods for waste identification, and process visualization tools such as flowcharts and the 5S methodology. In the practical part, a detailed analysis of material and information flows is conducted, with a focus on the receiving warehouse. Based on identified deficiencies, including inefficient transport and unsystematic warehouse layout, specific optimization measures are proposed. The main benefits include the digitalization of production documentation transfer, reorganization of defective material logistics, and the full implementation of 5S standards. The proposed solutions lead to significant time savings and increased clarity of logistical operations.
