Abstract

Master thesis is dealing with design of maintenance plan by RCM techniques. The other part of this thesis is safety assessment and evaluation of operational reliability. These procedures are applied to the subway entrance door. Theoretical section is dealing with basic maintenance concepts, description of RCM maintenance, risk analysis method FMEA, FTA fault tree method and description of the verification test of reliability, specifically test plans. Firstly the risk analysis is performed on the entrance doors. Then changes are designed in the maintenance plan, by RCM techniques. Then repeated analysis FMEA and risk reduction is performed. In the end operational reliability of entrance door is evaluated.
