Abstract
The coal mining in a quarry ČSA and the extraction of overburden materials at Vršany location relate to a great demand on cutting parts of digging machines due to the mechanical properties of the mined materials. The used digging cutting parts are subjects of quick wear & tear, which brings an increase of mining costs and prolongation of the time needed for their replacement.
The elemental thought of the thesis is an improvement of cutting parts of the digging machines connected with mining conditions, using the up-to-date knowledge in the field of construction engineering, engineering of materials and metallurgy to increase the efficiency of the decoupling process and the lifetime of the key point of the digging machines.
The solution aims to creation of a relevant work methodology. The focus is there to acquire an enough data at given geological conditions to discover the relationship between a blade wear and an energy demand and the relationship between a blade construction, its geometry and a heat generation.
The goal is to design and test in operating conditions the teeth and blades of such a construction, that will demonstrably ensure the extension of technical lifetime of the decoupler.
