Simulace základních úloh výukového systému SMC RTS-200 s robotem ABB GoFa

Abstract

This master’s thesis deals with the design, simulation and verification of basic educational tasks for the SMC RTS-200 training system with the ABB GoFa collaborative robot. The thesis first describes the training workstation, the used robot, available end effectors and the ABB RobotStudio simulation environment. Subsequently, educational tasks focused on trajectory drawing, parametric drawing, Pick and Place manipulation operations and a combined task connecting manipulation with drawing are proposed. The thesis also includes the design of working modules, modification of selected end effectors, creation of a simulation model of the workstation and verification of the proposed tasks in RobotStudio. The output of the thesis consists of methodological instructions usable in practical robotics education and a proposal for possible further extensions of the workstation.
