dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce se zabývá využitím prvkové analýzy při hodnocení maziv a paliv pomocí energodisperzního rentgenového spektrometru. V první části pojednává o rentgenovém záření a atomové spektrometrii. Ve druhé části se věnuje aplikaci prvkové analýzy v praxi. Vytvořením kalibračních závislostí prvků, které jsou nezbytné pro kalibraci spektrometru a praktické ověření na vzorcích nafty.cs
dc.description.abstractThe thesis deals with the use of elemental analysis in the evaluation of lubricants and fuels using the energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer. The first part deals with X-rays and atomic spectrometry. The second part deals with the application of elemental analysis in practice, namely the determination of the amount of S in diesel fuel. Furthermore, it deals with the creation of the calibration dependencies of the elements necessary for the calibration of the spectrometer.en
