Návrh RTP pro zkružování plášťových plechů šroubovaných nádrží

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with design of the robotized workplace (RWP) for bending the envelope plates of bolted reservoirs. The introduction describes the technology of bending and there are introduced production facilities for this technology. There are three model variants of RWP layout processed by the program Pro/ENGINEER. Functional description for individual variants is drafted. Using the methods of value analysis, the optimum variant is selected. For chosen variant is created technical report with description of single parts RWP. Suctorial effector is processed as construction segment, documented with needed calculations. The result of work is to create dispositional drawing RWP and assembly drawing effector.
