Abstract

The master thesis deals with the design of a robotic workplace for the rotors assembly of asynchronous electric motors, as well as the detailed design of a robotic end-effector. The introductory part analyses assembly objects and operations, from this analysis main requirements and boundary conditions are determined. In the research chapter main principles of design of automated assembly workplaces are presented and their main parts are described. The next part deals with a detailed design of the end-effector, including related technical calculations. Conceptual designs of robotic workplace peripherals are presented as well as project design of whole robotic workplace. Part of the master thesis is a partial technical drawing documentation.
