Abstract

The thesis is concerned with rebuilding of master railway carriages series Bfhpvee to the Diesel-electic traction cars for the top track speed 140 km•h-1. Preliminary conception of the current master railway carriage is depicted. According to Pars nova a.s. company demand for installation of Diesel engine series Caterpillar C27 ACERT and traction motors series TE 051 (manufactured in SKD company). I picked out and built other driving components and auxiliaries into the vehicle and then applied safety elements performing the impact resistance standard ČSN EN 15 227 + A1 for railway vehicle bodies.
