Rozpoznávání obrazu v algoritmech pro třídicí linky

Abstract

Master thesis focuses on the application of image recognition algorithms in sorting lines used in technical practice. The introductory part presents the theoretical foundations of image processing and recognition and describes the hardware components used in machine vision systems, including their configuration. It also provides an overview of tools offered by the university for the development of image processing algorithms. Based on the acquired knowledge, a requirements specification is developed, serving as a basis for the design of a sorting line intended for sorting washers according to their outer and inner diameters. Subsequently, the software, communication, and technical components are specified, and the proposed solution is implemented under laboratory conditions. The thesis also includes the design and implementation of image processing algorithms, system control, and a graphical user interface for system operation. Finally, the functionality of the proposed solution is verified with respect to the defined requirements, and the achieved results are critically evaluated, including suggestions for future work.
