Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the position of the company Bc. Radovan Fron – in the gastro market. The goal is to evaluate the competitive position of the selected company and to find recommendations to increase competitiveness and market position. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is purely theoretical and contains information on important concepts and analyses used. The second part consists of a practical analysis that illustrates the position of Bc. Radovan Fron in the competitive market. It also identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the company, various threats and opportunities. It also presents suggestions and recommendations resulting from the analyses used. The thesis concludes with a summary of the information obtained and basic recommendations for strengthening the firm in the market.
