Vliv konkurenčního prostředí na činnost malé firmy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením firmy Bc. Radovan Fron – v gastro trhu. Cílem je zhodnotit konkurenční postavení vybrané firmy a nalézt doporučení ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a pozice na trhu. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část je ryze teoretická a obsahuje informace o důležitých pojmech a využitých analýzách. Druhá část je tvořena praktickou analýzou, která znázorňuje postavení firmy Bc. Radovan Fron na konkurenčním trhu. Dále také identifikuje silné a slabé stránky firmy, různé hrozby a příležitosti. Představuje také návrhy a doporučení vyplývajících z použitých analýz. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty získané informace a základní doporučení pro posílení firmy na trhu.

The bachelor thesis deals with the position of the company Bc. Radovan Fron – in the gastro market. The goal is to evaluate the competitive position of the selected company and to find recommendations to increase competitiveness and market position. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part is purely theoretical and contains information on important concepts and analyses used. The second part consists of a practical analysis that illustrates the position of Bc. Radovan Fron in the competitive market. It also identifies the strengths and weaknesses of the company, various threats and opportunities. It also presents suggestions and recommendations resulting from the analyses used. The thesis concludes with a summary of the information obtained and basic recommendations for strengthening the firm in the market.
