Návrh a pevnostní kontrola zadního vahadla vozu Formula Student

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design and strength analysis of the rear bellcrank for the new Formula Student Vector 07 car. The introduction contains information about the Formula student competition, a search for topological optimization, bellcrank and the existing solution of it. Subsequently, the dynamics of 3 frequent driving conditions is calculated and the reactions to the bellcrank are determined from the calculated values using a specialized program. On a simplified example of a bellcrank, a spring is used instead of reactions from the stabilizer, which saved us up to half the time in the final analysis. At the end of the work, three topological optimizations are created, which are compared with each other and then the most suitable one is selected.
