Abstract
The bachelor's thesis is dealing with the creation of a library of 3D models of pneumatic components and the design of a suction cup effector. The introduction consists of an analysis of the current state of vacuum mechanisms with a focus on suction cups and vacuum generators. It also deals with the analysis of the training set from Schmalz GmbH, its elements, possibilities of use and training tutorials for students. Based on the created requirements, is created a library of 3D models of pneumatic components of the Schmalz training set. Thanks to this library, follow the design of several variants of effectors, and the most advantageous variant is described. Enclosure of this is bachelor thesis are calculations in MS Excel, which are used to design a suitable suction cup, whose description and function are part of this bachelor's thesis.
