Konstrukční návrh dopravního zařízení

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vhodnou volbou dopravního zařízení pro přepravu písku do výšky dvaceti metrů v množství třiceti pěti tun za hodinu. Úvodní část práce je věnovaná rešerši vhodných dopravních zařízení a seznámení se s vlastnostmi přepravovaného materiálu. Závěr této rešeršní části je věnovaný volbě nejvhodnějšího dopravníku pro zadané podmínky. Jako nejvhodnějším z nich se ukázal právě korečkový dopravník, u kterého je zajištěn nasypávací způsob plnění korečků. Tento způsob byl zajištěn aplikací vertikálního šnekového dopravníku, který vynáší propadlý písek z paty elevátoru zpět do násypky. Veškeré hlavní části dopravníku jsou podloženy výpočtem. Práce se také zabývá vykreslením trajektorie vrhu zrn písku během vysypávání z korečků. V závěru byla provedena kontrola napětí a deformace hnacího bubnu pomocí metody konečných prvků. Posledním výstupem této práce je výkresová dokumentace tohoto dopravního zařízení.

This master thesis deals with the appropriate choice of transportation equipment for conveying sand to a height of twenty meters at a rate of thirty-five tons per hour. The introductory part of the thesis is dedicated to the research of suitable transportation equipment and introduction of the properties of the transported material. The conclusion of this research section is focused on the selection of the most suitable conveyor for the given conditions. The most suitable option was found to be a bucket conveyor, which is equipped with a filling method using buckets. This method was ensured by the application of a vertical screw conveyor, which carries the sunken sand from the bottom of the elevator back into the hopper. All main parts of the conveyor are supported by calculation. Plotting of the sand grain’s trajectory in the process of dumping is also an essential part of my work. Finally, the tension and deformation of the drive drum was checked using the finite element method. The last output of this work is the drawing documentation of this transport device.
