Konstrukční návrh paralelního manipulátoru s jedním stupněm volnosti

Abstract

The master’s thesis focuses on the design of a parallel manipulator with one degree of freedom. The initial section describes the various types of manipulators, including the types of actuators and transmissions used, as well as their typical applications. Based on this information, a specific application is selected, for which technical and functional parameters are defined in the requirements specification. The next phase focuses on the complete design of the manipulator. This design is then modified using topological optimization. The proposed mechanism is further subjected to dynamic and FEM analysis. These calculations serve not only to verify the structural strength but also to determine important operational parameters for the reliable function of the entire system.
