The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of the rolling-stock in the selected company to propose new vehicles for its recovery. The Introduction of the thesis is focused on the information of selected company, description its rolling-stock and theory processing - determination of the optimal time and the upper limit for vehicle elimination. Next parts deal with the optimal time determination and the estimate of upper time limit for vehicles elimination. The conclusion of the thesis contains the assessment of the current state vehicles, description of requirements on new vehicles and examples of new vehicles for renewal of company rolling-stock.
