Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with proposal, calculation and structural design of check conveyer (sectional) and his safeness. Check conveyer belongs of each of airport. Work is divided to the 5 phases. In first phase I have chosen form and bearing construction. I chose oval shape and at its option had to be as simple as possible solving, easy assembly and interchange ability. In second phase I proposed bearing and pull element. Both of them are made of FilaWin, because of its small materiality, material reaches 20 % of mass of steel. In third phase I counted and chose a conveyer drive and tension. Drive was chosen from more variants and I decided to drive by the friction gearing. Because of better power transmission was used a ribbed belt. Tension is realized in two ways.By screw that the compensates permanent extension of belt and by pressure roll that deals flexible extension. In fourth phase I opt for movable and leading wheels.Wheels are rubbered and they have silent running, which was one of the main request. In final phase I solved safeness of conveyer, because there is always a lot of people around conveyor, inclusive small children. Whole conveyer is covered. In case of danger there are safety buttons which turn off conveyor (disengages the motor from the mains).
