Návrh testovací stolice pro provádění zkoušky ohybem kvalifikačních zkoušek svářečů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem ohýbačky zkušebních vzorků svarů, které se následně opticky zkoumají. V první části práce je zpracována rešerše na téma možností zkoumání vzorků svarů podle platných norem. Druhá část práce se zabývá návrhem ohýbačky vzorků a opodstatněním jednotlivých navržených prvků do sestavy. Stanovením potřebného ohybového momentu pro ohyb vzorku. Výpočtem utahovacích momentů jednotlivých spojů sestavy. Pevnostními simulacemi dílů ohýbačky a stanovením vhodného maziva pro mazání funkčních třecích ploch mechanismu. Třetí část práce se zabývá kalkulací návratnosti celého zařízení, kde jsou zahrnuty všechny náklady na vyráběné díly a stanovena doba návratnosti celé investice do ohýbačky vzorků.

K celé ohýbačce vzorku je zpracována výkresová dokumentace, podle které je možno celé zařízení vyrobit a sestavit.

The thesis deals with the design of a bender of test samples of welds, which are then optically examined. In the first part of the thesis, a research is conducted on the subject of possibilities of research samples of welds according to the applicable standards. The second part of the thesis deals with the design of the pattern bender and the justification of the individual designed elements into the assembly. The third part of the thesis deals with the calculation of the return of the whole device, where all costs of manufactured parts are included and the return time of the entire investment in the sample bender is determined. A drawing document is prepared for the whole sample bender, according to which the whole device can be manufactured and assembled.
