Analýza motivačního systému a spokojenosti zaměstnanců

Abstract

The thesis deals with a comprehensive assessment of the level of employee satisfaction and motivation in the company. The thesis is based on the analysis of the working environment and motivation system from the point of view of the company management and employees. It identifies shortcomings in the working environment and employee motivation, with emphasis on the current motivational system of the company. Based on the identified problems, specific measures are proposed, such as improving noise and vibration at workplaces, introducing a unified system of information transfer and an individual approach to benefits through the Cafeteria system. Furthermore, the introduction of a satisfaction analysis system and an accountability matrix is proposed to improve employee motivation. The paper concludes by emphasizing the importance of proper employee motivation and satisfaction for the long-term success of the company and its competitiveness in the market.
