Využití PLC v distribuovaném systému řízení

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with the use of the programmable logical controllers in the distributed control system with the possibility of controlling of the sorting machine model. It describes Siemens programmable logical controller Simatic S7-1500, its modules, communication functions and programming possibilities in the TIA Portal V13 software. In the next part are mentioned communication interfaces, through which the controllers can communicate, and communication blocks available in the software including their configuration. The following part describes sorting machine model, its individual elements and a laboratory panel. The final part is focused on the description of a distributed control system, individual controller function used in it including sorting algorithms designed for sorting machine model and the design of the touch screen control interface.
