Srovnání technologie CMT a MIG pájení při výrobě automobilových komponent

Abstract

Master thesis compares two types of technology joining galvanized sheets of automotive industry. There are technologies called MIG Soldering and CMT, aimed at quality of bonds, productivity and price of the used technology. In the beginning of the work two types of soldering and anticorrosive protection of galvanized sheets are described. The next part describes adequate destructive and non-destructive testing and contemporary production status. The experimental part of the work describes production of several samples which were made by technology of CMT a MIG soldering. Subsequently, these samples went through destructive and non-destructive testing. Technical – economic evaluation work was done on the base of the test results and obtained information.
