Vliv pracovního prostředí na výkon leteckého mechanika

Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice lidského činitele a vlivu pracovního prostředí na výkon leteckého mechanika. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje stručnou historii rozvoje oblasti problematiky lidského činitele, složení problematiky a popis hlavních stresorů leteckého mechanika. V praktické části předložená práce předkládá výsledky dotazníkového šetření vojenských leteckých mechaniků, stanovení a ověření statistických hypotéz. Dále v této části předkládá adaptaci modelu SHELL pro interakci vojenského mechanika údržby na konkrétní letecké základně.

Diploma thesis deals with the issue of the human factor and effect of work environment on performance of aircraft mechanic. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis contains a brief history of the development of the field of human factors, the composition of the problem and a description of the main stressors of the aviation mechanic. In the practical part, the work presents the results of a questionnaire survey of military aircraft mechanics, determination and verification of statistical hypotheses. Furthermore, in this section, it presents an adaptation of the SHELL model for the interaction of a military maintenance mechanic at a specific air base.
