Ohřívák primárního vzduchu u parogenerátoru ZEVO bez chloridové koroze

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem ohříváku vzduchu pro vyvíjený ZEVO parogenerátor, na jehož vývoji se podílí VŠB-TUO. Teoretická část práce je věnována termickému zpracování odpadů se zaměřením jak na současné legislativní požadavky, tak i provozování ZEVO s ohledem na omezení chloridové koroze. Poslední kapitolu teoretické části tvoří popis možností používaných ohříváků vzduchu. Praktická část obsahuje schéma regulace výstupní teploty ohříváku vzduchu. Další kapitola obsahuje jak vlastní výpočet parametrů ohříváku vzduchu, tak i základní návrh konstrukce ohříváku.

The thesis deals with the design of the air heater at the steam generator for WtE with elimination of chloride corrosion, which has been developed by VSB–TUO. The theoretical part focuses on the thermal waste treatment with focusing on legislative requirements, operation of the WtE with respect to chloride corrosion. The last chapter of the theoretical part includes the description of the possibilities of the air pre-heating. The practical part contains the scheme of the output temperature control. The following chapters deal with the calculation of the heat exchanger parameters and also the construction of it.
