Vliv mimořádných událostí na plynulost silničního provozu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the formation of uncommon effects occurring on the roads. At the beginning information regarding basic facts about the particular stage, the methods of simulation and description of statistical data are specified. The aim is to simulate the uncommon incidents in the road traffic.

The sources of my thesis are presented by selected data from spot metering CDV Brno v.v.i. on which basis the simulation models are created by the Witness software. In addition, the simulation experiments of partial closure and restriction are carried out.
