Návrh pracovního ramene bouracího stroje ROMAN

Abstract

Sense of this master thesis is design of special machine, which can reduce hard physical work in heavy metallurgical conditions and limited space. This machine is named ROMAN because of his inventor and it will be breaking fireproof linings and casted pigs inside of mobile blenders. (so called „torpedoes“) and also for demolishing outlet channels of blast furnaces. The machine will work indoor in production hall with increased temteratures round 50°C and increased dustiness. This machine will be assembled by crawler chassis, which can move it into the torpedo and manipulate inside of it by wireless conroller.
