| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá testováním životnosti nástrojů z řezné keramiky v podmínkách přerušovaného řezu a určením vhodnosti použití řezné keramiky pro tento způsob obrábění. V úvodní části je popsána řezná keramika její rozdělení a využití v oboru obrábění. Následující kapitolu tvoří vysvětlení pojmů a uvedení výpočtu trvanlivosti, životnosti a řezivosti nástroje. V další části práce je uvedena metodika testování VBD při soustružení. Dále je uveden rozbor a postupu sestavení použitého přípravku a zvolení destiček z řezné keramiky. Závěrečnou část práce tvoří naměřené hodnoty, jejich zpracování a vyvození závěrů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | Bachelor thesis deals with the testing tool life of cutting ceramics in intermittent cutting conditions and determining the appropriateness of using cutting ceramics for machining this way. In the first is described cutting ceramics, her distribution and use in the field of machining. The following chapter consists of explanations of terms and the calculation of durability, service life and rustiness tools. The next section is presented the methodology of testing inserts for turning. The following is given an analysis and preparation procedure used product and election counts of cutting ceramics. The final part consists of readings, processing and drawing conclusions. | en |
