Demonstrační pracoviště s robotem IRB 1660

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a demonstration task simulating arc welding. The design of the simulation takes place in the simulation scene of the Robot Studio program using its add-in ArcWelding PowerPac, while the simulation model is taken from the backup of the real workplace controller located at the University Robotics Center with ABB IRB 1660 robot. Part of the work is also the design of a clamps for a given object of welding-ploughshare.
