Abstract

Master thesis describes the design of a helical gearbox for a drive of ball mill, which is located in the process of cement production. The introduction of thesis describes production of cement and ball mill. The main part is devoted to the design and strength control gears. Furthermore, thesis contains the complex design of shafts, including the determination of bearing life and check the transmission torques. Another point of master thesis is design of circulation lubrication of bearings and gearbox oil cooling. Master thesis contains assembly drawing and drawings of selected parts.
