Návrh čelní převodovky pohonu kulového mlýnu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem čelní převodovky pro pohon kulového mlýnu, který se nachází v procesu výroby cementu. Úvod práce přibližuje výrobu cementu a popisuje kulový mlýn. Hlavní část práce se věnuje návrhu a pevnostní kontrole ozubení. Dále pak komplexnímu návrhu hřídelí, včetně určení trvanlivosti ložisek a kontroly přenosu točivých momentů. Dalším bodem diplomové práce je návrh oběhového mazání ložisek a chlazení převodového oleje. Diplomovou práci doplňují výkresy sestavy a dílenské výkresy vybraných dílů.

Master thesis describes the design of a helical gearbox for a drive of ball mill, which is located in the process of cement production. The introduction of thesis describes production of cement and ball mill. The main part is devoted to the design and strength control gears. Furthermore, thesis contains the complex design of shafts, including the determination of bearing life and check the transmission torques. Another point of master thesis is design of circulation lubrication of bearings and gearbox oil cooling. Master thesis contains assembly drawing and drawings of selected parts.
