Abstract

Diploma thesis follows up studies of production systems at BORCAD cz s.r.o. Redefines fundamental in-house processes such as purchase, sale, logistics and consolidates adjustment of liability and competences of particular departments. In this diploma thesis there is documented and described fundamental in-house issue and regarding these information there are proposed optimal solutions that should lead to increase of efficiency and prepare firm organizationally for revenue of one billion CZK.
