Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the Trolley crane, lifting capacity 15 t and span 10.6 m design, which serve to transposition of metal sheets in a production hall. It is the double beam trolley crane. I chose twin-engine gear for travel mechanism of double beam crane and crane truck. Lifting gear of a truck crane consists of an electromotor with a transmission and a brake. The double beam crane has lifting capacity 15 [t] a span 10.6 m. Binding accessories are binding ropes with hooks. The lift of the crane is 7.2 [m]. Lifting speed of the truck crane is 3.1 [m/min]. Truck crane structure is composed of standard hollow profile with square and rectangular cross-section. The main beam of the trolley crane has the case construction. Truck cranes profiles and the main beam of the trolley crane are checked for solidity.
