Abstract
This thesis deals with the FEM analysis of the combined sensor. The introduction describes the different types of sensorswith focus onsensor combined with stress, mostly on the sensor disk and columnarshape. The designed transducer is then applied boundary conditions and is subjected to stress deformation analysis. In the last part of the proposal is made and flange mounting options connector.
