Abstract

IRIŠEK, D. Návrh kalibrace kontrolních kroužků: diplomová práce. Ostrava: VŠB-Technická univerzita Ostrava, Fakulta strojní, Katedra obrábění a montáže, 2011, 58 s. Vedoucí práce: doc. Ing. Vladimír Vrba CSc. Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a realizací kalibrace kontrolních kroužků na délkovém měřícím přístroji a následným stanovením nejistot měření. V teoretické části je popsána problematika měření délkových rozměrů, metod měření, chyb měření a obecně popsán postup stanovení nejistot měření. Následně je zde uvedeno k čemu kontrolní kroužky slouží a kde se používají. V praktické části je popsán postup přípravy na kalibraci kontrolních kroužků a způsob jejich měření s vysvětlením problémů, kterých se musíme při kalibraci vyvarovat. Následuje popis realizace kalibrace na délkoměru a v poslední kapitole samotný výpočet nejistot měření a technicko ekonomické zhodnocení.

Thesis head: doc. Ing. Vladimír Vrba CSc. This thesis is focused on proposal of control rings calibration for length gauge and determination of measuring uncertainty. There is description of the way of length gauge measurement, measurement methodology, devation of measurement and general explanation of the evaluation uncertainty measuring procedure in the theoretical part of thesis. Then there is explained function of the control rings and where the control rings are used. There is description of the calibration preparation of the control rings, way of measurement and description of problems which should be avoided during calibration in the practical part of thesis.Then follows description of the length gauge calibration. There is final evaluation of the uncertainty measuring with technical and economical evaluation in the last chapter.
