Kinematický a konstrukční rozbor mechanismu excentrické převodovky nákladního vozidla

Abstract

The diploma thesis focuses on the kinematic and structural analysis of the eccentric gearbox mechanism of a heavy-duty vehicle by Tatra Trucks a.s.. The introduction of the thesis deals with the existing chassis solutions for Tatra heavy-duty vehicles and continues with a description of chassis solutions featuring an eccentric gearbox. The vehicle for which the eccentric gearbox solution was considered is also described. The main part of the thesis presents a study of eccentric gearboxes. Subsequently, the thesis addresses the kinematic and structural analysis of the Tatra eccentric gearbox. The following section elaborates on the force analysis of the mechanism and analytical strength calculations of bearings, gears, and shafts. The housing and eccentric insert are verified using the finite element method. Furthermore, structural modifications are carried out for inadequate or missing elements of the eccentric gearbox. The conclusion of the main part of the thesis discusses a critical point of the eccentric gearbox. The output of the thesis is an assembly drawing of the modified eccentric gearbox for the specified gear ratio and torque. The thesis also includes manufacturing drawings of the central and ring gears.
