Abstract

This thesis deals with the structural design of extension module of service robot for manipulation with relay stations. The introduction describes mobile robot Ares, relay unit and appropriate mechanisms used for loading. In Pro / ENGINEER are modeled three options extensions solutions. Using value analysis is the best option selected. For the selected option is the creation of a technical report describing the superstructure, design calculations, stress analysis of loaded parts. Drawings thesis contains a plan of handling extension module.
